| Who is my personal data shared with? | Your personal data may be shared with providers of job advertisement publication services, recruitment management system providers, recruitment companies conducting recruitment on our behalf, IT service providers such as hosting companies, IT system providers, and legal advisors collaborating with us for claim enforcement or defense purposes. | ||||||
| How long will my personal data be processed? | Your data will be processed for the duration of the recruitment process or, in the event of a dispute, until the dispute is legally concluded. If you consented to participate in future recruitment processes, your data will be processed according to the terms specified in your consent. If no specific period was indicated in the consent clause, the data will be processed for recruitment purposes for a period of 9 months from the date you provided the data. | ||||||
| Am I obliged to provide my data? | By sending us your application documents, you consent to their processing in the recruitment process. If your documents contain data beyond those listed in Article 22¹ of the Labour Code and you have not included an explicit consent clause, we will immediately delete such documents. Providing consent for participation in future recruitment processes is voluntary. | ||||||
| What are my rights? | As the Controller of your personal data, we guarantee you the right of access to your data; you may rectify it, request its erasure or restriction of processing, and withdraw your consent. You also have the right to object to the processing of your data and to data portability. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us via the email address provided above.
