ASSEMBLY TECHNOLOGIST

Tasks:

  • close collaboration with various company departments to ensure efficiency, quality, and innovation in technological processes;
  • development of labour time norm studies and tact-time configuration for high-volume, assembly-line production of motor boats and yachts;
  • participation in the implementation of new products into serial production and in preparations for the new model year in ongoing production;
  • specification of material data and configuration of the Bill of Materials (BOM);
  • preparation and updating of technological documentation;
  • conducting technological trials, testing new machines and tools, and implementing new solutions;

Candidate requirements:

  • education: bachelor or master degree (engineer) in the field of technology (eg. production engineering, mechanical engineering);
  • knowledge of AutoCAD software;
  • Considered an advantage:
    – knowledge of Rhinoceros/Catia software;

    experience in assembly processes in other industries;
  • good command of English (spoken and written);
  • creativity and initiative;
  • ability to quickly adapt to change and solve problems;
  • effective communication and strong teamwork skills.

                The recruitment process, both at the initial stage (application screening) and the main stage (interview), is conducted directly by the manager of the team the future employee will join.

                Selected candidates will have the opportunity to visit the shipyard during the recruitment process. This visit will allow them to get to know the company – particularly parts of the production process and the engineering team – and gain a full understanding of future goals and working conditions.
